What personal information do we conduct?

For recruitment purpose: Your prior working history, performance review, qualifications, professional skills, information on previous workplace encounters but not limited to any prior history of personal or work history, character, opinions from provided referees, your job search criteria, expectations, preferences, any monetary expectations (salary, bonus), information in relations to leave taken from work due to absence or other reasons, other information contained in your CV and assessment of you as a potential candidate for recruitment including any personality test or psychometric skill-based testing instructed by our client.
For placement purpose: Your confidential personal information (including your legal name; date of birth; HKID or passport number; residential address, or other personal information would be needed at the time) these informations are necessary for us to collect from you in order to complete the later stage of the placement process, i.e. offer or onboarding stage to draft your offer letter.
Your confidential personal information will not be disclosed to other third parties, as it will only allow us to assist you in reaching your next search journey. However, failure to do so could result in your application being unsuccessful.
Why do we need to conduct personal information, and do we utilise it?
When we conduct your personal information and utilise it for the purpose in which it was provided to us, other related purposes (and, in the case of confidential information, directly related purposes) or being permitted or required by law. Such purpose includes:
